Condos
Everything you need to know for a seamless stay at our condo properties.
Check-In Time
Check-in is at 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. You will receive a personalized code for the Wi-Fi enabled locks a day or two before arrival. The codes will have a specific time window for functionality. Early check-in is available with pre-approval depending on availability.
Check-Out Time
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Your personalized code for the Wi-Fi enabled locks will no longer work 15 minutes after your established check-out time. Late checkout is available with pre-approval.
Smoking
Smoking indoors is NOT allowed.
Damages
We understand that accidents happen. Please let us know as soon as possible if something is broken or damaged, so that we can quickly resolve the issue for you and for the next guest.
Liquid Detergent Only
Liquid detergent only, please — for both the washing machine and the dishwasher. We are on a septic system and must use all liquid detergents. Ignore this rule at your own peril.
Trash Disposal
Trash left outside is a bad idea and will attract bears. We have bears that do visit the property from time to time. The dumpster is located across from the driveway — please place all trash inside the dumpster and keep the dumpster latched.
Lock Codes
Please do not share your personalized lock code with anyone.
Parking
There is plenty of parking on the property. Please park only in the parking lot.
No Dogs
Dogs are not allowed on the property due to HOA rules.
No Illegal Activities
No illegal activities of any kind. OBVIOUSLY, this goes without saying.

Check-Out Time
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Your unique lock code will no longer work 15 minutes after check-out time.
Leave It As You Found It
Please leave the property as you found it.
Dishes
Please wash all dishes by rinsing them and adding them to the dishwasher, then running the dishwasher.
Bedding
Please strip the beds of any used sheets, pillow cases, and other bedding. Leave the comforters in the rooms — they are taken off-site and laundered.
Towels & Linens
Gather up the used towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels and toss them all in the laundry room.
Trash
Please take out the trash. It needs to be thrown into the green dumpster located across the driveway — latch the dumpster back with the chain latch. If it is not latched, bears will absolutely get into the trash and redecorate the yard with your leftovers.
Belongings & Food
Please take all of your belongings, including food (opened or unopened). If you happen to leave something behind, we will make every effort to get it back to you.
Lock the Doors
Lock the doors on your way out.
